E-commerce experience from the brand side.

My background

I started in e-commerce in 2010 and have worked on the brand side ever since: leading e-commerce in-house at premium London fashion, jewellery and home brands, co-founding two start-ups, and advising founders through Killing Digi.

That experience means I understand the whole business, not just the website. How stock, cash flow, launches and marketing connect. How decisions get made when time and budget are tight. And what it takes to build a team and suppliers that deliver.

How I work

Foundations first

There's no point driving more traffic to a site that doesn't convert. I fix what's holding growth back before scaling what works.

The whole business, not one channel

Your site, email, customers, stock and team are all connected. I look at them together, so a decision in one area doesn't create a problem in another.

Part of your team

I work directly with you and your team, in your tools and your meetings, rather than reporting in from the outside.

Clear targets, honest reporting

We agree what success looks like at the start, and I report against it every month, including what isn't working.

What changes

Founders I work with go from reacting week to week to working to a clear strategy. From channels run in isolation to one joined-up approach. From guessing what customers want to knowing. And from managing suppliers alone to having someone experienced alongside them.

What I focus on

Every recommendation I make ties back to three commercial goals:

01
More online revenue

02
More of the right customers

03
More customers who come back
